Usually this means that the PC is having trouble communicating with our server. If the problem does not resolve in a few minutes, try the following steps on that PC:
- Press Windows+R to open a Run dialog.
- Type services.msc and click OK to open the Services list.
- Locate the myDevices Cloud Agent Service on the list that appears, and select it.
- In the left panel of the Services list, click “Restart the Service”.
Finally, click the ‘Refresh’ button in the Commands list on the right side of the webpage to try to reestablish a connection with that PC.
